What we offer:(PSP) In addition to the specific project-types listed below, Mozaic Group Profile Services Practice's goal is to consistently deliver projects on time and on budget. Together with our customers we define a business plan that's right for each type of project. The project is then monitored carefully to ensure that both the clients and our expectations are met or exceeded. This attention to detail ensures the consistent delivery of a quality product. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Application Support: researching and correcting existing issues in any area of the PROFILE system.
• Application Development: developing, customizing new or current products for example (loans, deposits, ATM software, regulatory changes etc.)
• Application Efficiencies: research all system processes suspected of length run times. Improve system performance and capacity.
• GT.M management: Evaluate the GT.M environment for any inefficiencies or improvements that need to be made. Make sure there are up-to-date back-ups and disaster recovery. Assist in establishing define procedures in these areas.
• Coordinating fixes to core Profile modules with Mozaic Group.
